The Design Sprint is a five-day process for answering critical business questions through design, prototyping, and testing ideas with customers that can be carried out in person or remotely. Over days 1 and 2 we host workshops with the full team to define the problem and sketch potential solutions. Day 3 sees the decision made on the solution to progress, before we create a prototype on day 4. On day 5, we test the prototype with users to get their feedback on the solution and identify any further iterations required.
